- Is there really a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan includes a full 14-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card required to start. If you decide CSH isn't right for your church, just cancel before the trial ends — you won't be charged.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin portal. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- What are the processing fees for?
- Processing fees are charged by our payment processor (Stripe) on each donation transaction. These are pass-through costs — Church Service Hub does not add any markup on donation processing. Donors can optionally cover the processing fee so your church receives 100% of the intended gift.
- Do you support international churches?
- Yes. We support churches worldwide with multi-currency donation processing. Supported currencies include USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, and more. International processing rates are often lower than US rates.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, you'll have 30 days to export everything. We provide full data export tools for members, donations, and all church records. After 30 days, data is securely deleted per our retention policy.
- Is my church's data secure?
- Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Donation processing is PCI-DSS compliant via Stripe. We use bank-level 256-bit encryption, and no card data ever touches our servers.
- Can donors give without creating an account?
- Yes. Your giving page supports both member and guest donations. Members get full history and receipt tracking, while guests can give quickly without signing up.
- Are there any contracts or setup fees?
- No contracts, no setup fees, no hidden charges. Pay month-to-month or save with annual billing. Cancel anytime with no penalties.
