Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Soft-Delete → Hard-Delete Workflow

  1. Deactivation (Soft-Delete): Flagged immediately; access suspended.
  2. 30-Day Restore Window: Log back in within 30 days to restore.
  3. Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, all personal data is removed.
  4. Legal Holds: Core records (billing, tax) kept longer as required.
