Die Wallfahrtskirche Maria Hilf, fertiggestellt 1798/99 auf dem Hochplateau der Gnotschaft Loipl, ist das älteste Kirchengebäude von Bischofswiesen. Sie gehört als Filialkirche zum römisch-katholischen Pfarrverband Stiftsland Berchtesgaden in der Erzdiözese München und Freising.
